KMO Portefeuille

Step 1: Register your company

First register your company on the SME portfolio website ( www.kmo-portefeuille.be ). For this you need a token or an electronic identity card (ElD).

Step 2: Apply for your subsidy

Please note: you can already submit the request before receiving your invoice. The application must be submitted no later than 14 calendar days after the start of the training.

1. Register a new project on the KMO-portefeuille website.
2. Enter the NACE code of your company.
3. Select the "Training" pillar and enter the name of the training. Type of training is classroom.
4. The theme of the training falls under "Personnel Management - Competency Policy".
5. Enter the number of training hours (can be found in the email you receive after registration, as well as on the invoice).
6. Please also provide the following information about the course:

• Enter the name and number of people attending the training.
• Enter today's date as the agreement date,
• Indicate that the training has not started later than 14 calendar days after the start of the training,
• You can also indicate whether or not the training contributes to company performance.
• Enter the training amount (excl. VAT).
• Enter Katara's approval number: DV.O218288
• Confirm the project amount, project and declaration of honor.

Step 3: Payment

After approval of the project, you will receive a payment invitation from KMO-Portefeuille. You pay 70% of the training amount (excl. VAT) to KMO-Portefeuille. You have 30 calendar days to do this after the payment invitation.

After receiving your payment, the Flemish government will deposit the remaining 30% (excl. VAT) of the training amount into the electronic wallet. You will receive an email to confirm this.

The electronic wallet now contains 100% of the training amount (excl. VAT). You can now pay the training amount to Katara via the payment button of KMO-portefeuille. Please provide the invoice number as reference.

Finally, you must transfer the VAT amount directly to Katara's account (BvB IBAN: BE97 6451 0793 3349).

Step 4: Done!

Your participation is now completely in order!
