Am I a leader and can I combine that with 'being myself'? What is my style? Why do I find it so exciting to make decisions?

Everyone has power in their leadership and it is only effective when it is authentic. It seems exciting and adventurous, but it is the only sustainable path. Personal leadership is for everyone.

A real leader lets his people grow and flourish and also dares to step aside.

True leadership always pays off.

Leadership is what Katara brings, directly or indirectly. It may sound strict at times, but it is only soft and beautiful.

It is the wisdom that distinguishes what we have an impact on (what you fight for) and what we do not (what you accept). Also the humor that helps with that.
